  I went to this shop many times (in the last 5-6 years), but I rarely buy anything, simply because the staff is not welcoming and they put me off in buying anything. That is a massive shame, as the shop could be extremely popular and busy if the customer service experienced staff work there. I am all about supporting the small business, but it does need to work both ways, and I am afraid on Saturday was my very last attempt to go to that shop. It's a shame,. I am confused about the positive customer service feedback below, as I have not experienced it, neither I have seen anyone else receiving anything that amazing.
