  Why hasn’t the manager of this place been removed from the role. Take a look at these Google reviews and the majority are about the staffs attitudes and lack of customer service. Any good business should respond the all reviews both good and bad yet not one single review here has been replied to. Are the employees that proud to work at a business that has such a bad reputation? I know I wouldn’t. I signed up for a 3 day pass and was told by a staff member that they wouldn’t honour it. Aside from advertising rules, the lack of thought in to a simple offer and honouring that offer shows what kind of gym this is. I’ve taken my business elsewhere thanks and advise anyone else considering joining to rethink and read these reviews first.

  not to sure i agree with the reviews on this page, very sad considering i love this gym. My parents have been members for a long time and i recently made the decision to join them. Since then myself, my 2 cousins and my uncle and aunt have joined, we love it. The staff are ALWAYS lovely both in the gym and on reception. Equipment is fab, I love the new incline machines they are my fave and it is great that it is open 10pm on a week day, makes it easy to go to work and you are never rushed out!
